Heidi was born in Pittsburgh, PA, the first and only Daughter of Nanci and Jack Angel. She was the fourth of five children with three older brothers (John, Brian, and Tom) and one younger brother (Greg).

Heidi moved to Severna Park, MD in 1975 with her family, and attended Severna Park High School where she excelled in athletics. She was recognized as the High School Athlete of the Year in 1986 for Lacrosse and Field Hockey. She then graduated from The University of Maryland in 1991 with a Degree in Political Science.

Heidi had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved to spend time with friends and family at the beach. She was also an incredible Aunt to her nine nieces and nephews. Heidi will be greatly missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her father Jack, her brothers John and his wife Ann Quinn, Brian, Tom and his wife Anne, Greg and his wife Emily and her 9 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Nanci Angel.

Heidi was kind and full of humor. We played sports and were friends and Falcons together at Severna Park High School. After college, Heidi and I worked downtown Washington, DC and would run into one another often around 19th and L Streets. She will be remembered fondly by me.
