TIDD, MARGARET P. “MUGGS” On Sunday, December 28, at her residence in Annapolis, Md. She is survived by her beloved husband Emmett, sons Mark and Kurt, two daughters-in-law, four grandchildren, and countless other relatives and friends. A longtime resident of Arlington, Va., she spent the last several years in Annapolis. Burial will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
