Tim was born in Baltimore in 1944 to Francis and Helen Palmer, and moved to Annapolis in 1947. He was a cartographer at the MD Dept. of Natural Resources for 44 years.
He loved learning, music, classic movies, jellybeans, and pottering about in the yard. Tim is best remembered by his friends for entertaining
around the folk scene in Annapolis in the 1960s. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Virginia Wilde Palmer; His son Matthew, daughter-in-law Tiffany,
grandsons Jack and Dylan, and his daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Nathan. A visitation will be held at Taylor's Funeral Home in Annapolis on May 1st from 6-8pm.
Friends are welcome to attend the burial and following reception at St. Margaret's Church in Annapolis, 11 am on May 3rd. Memorial donations may be made to the Guitars for Vets charity.
