Amanda Rae Pinson

Funeral services for Amanda Woods Pinson, 32, of Jacksonville, will be 1 pm Friday, April 5, 2013 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Rev. Greg Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Wellington First Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 – 1 at the funeral home. Mrs. Pinson died Monday in Jacksonville.

Survivors include three sons, Gage Pinson age 10, Peyton Pinson age 8 and Ryder Pinson age 5, Mother Penny Rosenow, fathers, Danny Rosenow, and James Woods, two sisters, Amanda and Tony “Bone” Myers and Kelli Rae Woods ,three brothers, Aaron Woods, Darron and Sarah Woods and Josh Woods nephew, Jayden Woods, niece, Chloe Myers, grandmother, Phyllis Hand.

Amanda and her fiancé, Blake Pettus entered heaven together on April 1, 2013

Pallbearers will be Darron Woods, Aaron Woods, Tony “Bone” Myers, Justin Bowen, Josh Harper, Kenny Bolen and Josh Johnson.

Amanda was born in Herin Illinois and lived in Calhoun County for 28 years. She attended Alexandria High School and she was of the Baptist faith. Amanda loved life and her 3 children and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ft. McClellan Credit Union, in Penny Rosenow’s name.
