When I met Anita and Gail I was working at Waffle House. I was told that they were mean and would run people off, but they accepted me and included me and my son into their family no questions asked. I didn’t have a car or washer and dryer and they would pick me up so I didn’t have to walk,as well as bring me over on the weekends to wash clothes and have family dinner. Even if Gail and I weren’t talking I could still come over and be a part of the family. I always felt like an extra child and was closer to her than my mother. She always looked out for me and my son and never treated me different from her own. I wasn’t ready for this and I’m glad I have the blanket she made me to remember her. I am and always will be sad I didn’t get to see her again before she passed but I know she loved me and I know she knows I loved her I don’t think I will never truly recover from this, Because she is the definition of unconditional love and true acceptance no matter what. Rest In Peace Anita Jackson Howell I know you are finally with Eddie and he’s been waiting for you. I will miss you forever and love you always! And I will always be here to look after the family like I have been. You will truly be missed and loved.

Anita was one of the sweetest ladies i know .I enjoyed my time working with her at McDonald's. Anita would do anything  for anyone  .Even tho we didn't keep in touch  I will miss her and miss talking  with her  on fb..
Fly high my friend and sing in the heavenly  choir. For the family I hope  you will take comfort  in knowing she is in a better place now with no more pain.

Such a beautiful person, inside as well as outside. Heaven has gained a new angel.  She will be missed, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love you guys
