Survivors include her sister, Janice Brown (Hildon), daughter, Tawanna Shiflett (Ricky) daughter-in-law, Regina Arthur, son, Robert Arthur, granddaughters Amber Quilliams, Jessica Stephens (Derek) and Angelica Grossy, grandson, Michael Shiflett, great-grandkids, Carissa Quilliams, Kayden Quilliams, Cody Shiflett, Gabrielle Grossy, Hanson Stephens and Walker Stephens, nieces, Terrye M. Beaujolais, Gina Wright and Tina Horn, nephew, Eric Harrell.

Mrs. Arthur is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Arthur Sr., son, James F. Arthur Jr., mother, Nora Harrell, father, Jack Harrell, Sister, Sadie Wright and brother, Billy Harrell.
