Betty was born in St Louis, Missouri to James Edward Russell and Mary Mildred Binkley-Russell.
She was a beloved and cherished Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a life long caregiver who dedicated herself to caring for and helping anyone in need. She was the foundation and inspiration for those who knew her. She loved God, her family, her music, nature, children and reminiscing of yesteryear.
Betty is survived by her children Mary Colleen Lee, Sheila Jean Fifield, David Roger Johnson, Mittie Dianne Tate, Richard Paul Johnson and Victoria Ruth Kolgin; her grandchildren “Shane,” Jessica K., Christin, Jessica C., Kimberly, Heather, Cameron, David and Samantha; and 15 Great Grandchildren.
