Funeral services for Bettye Jane Buckner Clem, 75, of Anniston will be 11:00 am, Friday, February 24, 2012 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Minister Barry Buckner officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Clem died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at her residence.
Survivors include daughter, Beverly Hollingsworth and husband Fred; sons, Barry Buckner and wife Jan and Harold Roach and wife Margie; grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Blake, Benjamin, Chris, Destry, Bree, Brandi, Jessica; and great-grandchild, Carter; sisters, Willie Mae Sexton, Geraldine West and Lois Iverstein; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Clem is preceded in death by her husbands, John Clem and Bobby Wayne Buckner; brother, Clarence Watts and daughter, Brenda Hale.
Pallbearers will be Mike Hollingsworth, Nicholas Hollingsworth, Matthew Hollingsworth, Blake Buckner, Benjamin Buckner and Richard Sexton.
Mrs. Clem was a native of Calhoun County and attended Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
