Brigham Joseph Batson

Services for Mr. Brigham Joseph Batson, 37, of Alexandria, Alabama. will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Gray Brown Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Gerald Clark officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Batson died Saturday.

Survivors include one son, William Batson of Orange, Texas; William’s mother, Robbie Batson of Orange, Texas; mother, Willie Roland of Alexandria, Alabama.; three sisters, Jackie Benefield of Naples, Florida, Nickie Poley of Naples, Florida and Heather Batson of Milan, Tennessee; two brothers, Bruce Batson of Tullahoma, Tennessee and Jimmy Batson of New Market, Alabama; six aunts, six uncles, several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Batson was a native of Calhoun County and a graduate of Lely High School in Naples, Florida. He was preceded in death by his father, Travis Batson and stepfather, William Douglas Roland.
