Funeral Services for Carla Ruth Morgan Murray, age 64, of Anniston, will be 2:00 pm, Monday, June 24, 2019 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 pm, Monday prior to the service at Chapel Hill.
Mrs. Murray passed away June 20, 2019 at her residence.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald Scott Forbus, Jr. and David Lewis Ogle (Donna) both of Anniston; her grandson, David Jacob Ogle; sister, Virginia Burchell (Howard) of King George, VA; brothers, Wayne Morgan (Pauline), Merrell Morgan (Robin) and James Keith Morgan (Dorothy) all of King George, VA.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Randall Murray; mother, Ruth Virginia Morgan; and her sister, Mary Alice Sheets.
Pallbearers will be Matt Stephens, Larry Fleming, Mike Smith, Howard Burchell, Jimmy Morgan and Scotty Hurst.
She was a native of King George, VA and a member of Lloyd’s Chapel Baptist Church. She was a manager at Jack’s.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alacare Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
