Carol was born September 6, 1945 in Bonanza, Oregon to Donald and Edna Philpott.
She is survived by her son, Donald Rodgers and wife, Holly Oicle Bowden and daughter, Leasa LaDeau and husband, Andre’ LaDeau, Jr.; Grandchildren, Cassandra Dulay, Sarah Sobrowski and husband David Sobrowski, Kevin Rodgers, Alyssa Oicle Bowden, Collin McCumby, Jaime LaDeau, Lacy LaDeau, Shawn LaDeau and wife, Heidi LaDeau.
Carol was a fiercely devoted mother to her children and grandchildren. Family came first and was above all else to Carol, a value she instilled in all those around her. She was loved by all that met her, her presence will be greatly missed.
A private family ceremony will be held, honoring her life.
