Mr. Kirby passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015.
Survivors include his brothers, Dwight Kirby, Kyle Kirby and Jerry Kirby; his grandchildren, Cecil Kirby III and Rocky McCrelles; his great-grandchildren, Haley, Sierra, Jessie, Bricen and Allie and one great-great-grandson, Zander.
Mr. Kirby is preceded in death by his wife, Nann Kirby; his son, Cecil Kirby Jr. and his brother, Doug Kirby.
Mr. Kirby, a native of Alexandria, touched many lives and was loved by all.
