Funeral Services for Charles Freeman, 78, of Eastaboga, will be held Saturday, June 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Rev. Winfred Logan and Rev. Jackie Bentley officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Coldwater Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Freeman passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017.
Survivors include his sons, Andy Freeman (Wanda) and James Edward Freeman (Renae); numerous grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Gearlden Freeman.
Pallbearers will be Billy Freeman, Austin Freeman, Charlie Farmer, Phil Champion, John Parker, and Mike Morrow.
Mr. Freeman was a native of Talladega and loved to hunt and fish. The family extends special thanks to grandson, Clayton Freeman, and to Kindred Hospice Service, and their nurses Dawn and Jenifer.
