Charles is survived by; son Glenn Toney (Venita) of Anniston; and daughter Gina Reeves (Chris) of Oxford, grandchildren Randall Toney (Jamie), Ashley Blackmon (Quintin), Toney Reeves (Landen), Nick Reeves (Fiancé Megan Kilpatrick), great grandchildren Levi Toney and Evan Toney.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 69 and1/2 years Mildred Lambert Toney, his parents Mark and Emma Toney, brothers Leonard Toney, John Bill Toney, sisters Birdie Goodwin, Mae Wolf.
A visitation for Charles will be held Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201. A graveside will occur Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Dr. Todd Stewart officiating.
