Chet Alan Hafley

Funeral Services for Chet Alan Hafley, 43, of Anniston, will be 11 am Friday, September 15, 2017, at West Park Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Broom and Dr. Randy Hagan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.

Survivors include his wife of 21 years and mother of their five children, Donna Hamilton Hafley; children, Katherine, Lillian, Evan, Jacob, and Nicholas Hafley; parents, Clarence and Shelia Hafley; sisters, Becky Henderson (Ronny) and Amanda Hafley; nieces, Rebecca Henderson and Audrey Haynes; grandmother, Velma Medders; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Carl Medders; and grandparents, James and Beatrice Hafley.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Hafley, Darrell Curvin, David Medders, Dusty Medders, Daniel Hagan, Edwin Harbin, Brandon New, Matthew White, D.J. Medders and Ronny Henderson.

Mr. Hafley was a graduate of Walter Wellborn High School, class of 1992. He worked for the CSX Railroad for 16 years. He was a member of West Park Heights Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening and loved Alabama football, but most of all he loved his children.
