Mrs. Clara Lucile Kennedy

Ohatchee - Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Lucile Kennedy, 92 of Ohatchee will be Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Ellis McDill officiating with burial following at Belthel United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kennedy passed away June 13, 2012 at her residence.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her daughter, Linda Stansell; brother, Edgar L Griffith; grandchildren, Mike Simpson and Krista Pitts; great grandchildren, Clint Hall, Aiden Simpson , Ariel Simpson and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Clint Hall, Mike Simpson, David Phillips, Shane Phillips Tracy Phillips, Daniel Lee. Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy McDill and Fred Griffith

Mrs. Kennedy was a lifelong resident and native of Ohatchee where she was a member of Hebron Baptist Church

Mrs. Kennedy is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Kennedy; parents, Frank and Mattie Griffith; sister, Iva Griffith; brothers, Carl Griffith, Fred Griffith and Claude Griffith.
