Curtis E. Dover

Funeral services for Curtis Edward Dover, 80, of Ohatchee will be 2 pm Monday, November 15, 2021 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Matt Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bowery Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 – 7 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Dover passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

Survivors include his daughter, Angela Cantrell (Jay), sons, Mike Dover (Briana) and Steven Dover (Dorothy), Companion, Ellen Murray, grandchildren, Chasity, Charlie, Jarrett, Cassidy, Christopher, T.J., P.J., Drake, Victoria, Taylor, Tyler and Cheyenne, sixteen grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Dover is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Dover, parents, Emmett and Carrie Bell Dover, and brother, J.R. Dover.

Pallbearers will be Jarrett Dover, Red Holmes, Kelbe Crook, P.J. Lackey, Drake Lackey, T.J. Nicholson, Christopher Roberts and Jay Cantrell.

Mr. Dover was an avid Auburn and NASCAR fan. He loved his family. He volunteered at Ohatchee Senior Citizen Center driving their bus delivering meals on wheels. Mr. Dover liked to dance and listen to music. The family welcomes friends to wear Auburn Attire
