Daniel S. Cooley

with Dr. Roy T. Flannagan speaking. The family will receive friends 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Cooley passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Rosemary Cooley; his two children, Candace Bannister (Mark), David S. Cooley (Beth); and his four grandchildren, Daniel Brooks Bannister, Andrew S. Cooley, Andrew Williams Bannister, and Carson Rose Cooley. Mr. Cooley is preceded in death by his parents, Hulsey and Ruth Cooley, and his sister, Barbara C. Rush.

Mr. Cooley worked at Monsanto Chemical Co. for 38 years. He was a fan of the Anniston Bulldogs and the Auburn Tigers. He was a member of St. Mark’s United

Methodist Church. He took pride in his work and loved his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, and Poppy. He will be greatly missed.
