David Leon Easterwood

A Memorial Service will be held at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201, on May 12, 2026, at 1:00 pm.

David is survived by his son, Dalton Leon Easterwood (Suella Rodgers); his sisters, Tammy Hendrix, Lisa Murray (Jarrad), Tina Burt, and Phyllis Mount (Allen); his brothers, Michael Easterwood (Sylvia) and Tony Dunaway (Angie); his grandchildren, Delaney Easterwood and Daisy Easterwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Easterwood; his mother, Louise Paris; his grandparents, Albert & Caffie Mae Paris and Frank & Rilla Easterwood.

David was a devoted father, son, grandfather, brother, and friend, he left an indelible mark on his family and loved ones. His legacy is one of warmth, generosity, and guidance. Though his passing leaves a profound void, his memory will continue to nurture and uplift all who knew him.
