Dean M. Young, age 81, of Ohatchee, Alabama passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024. A loving mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt answered the Master's call, and God opened his pearly gates.
She is survived by her Life partner Edward of 54 years, and her daughter Jennifer Thomas; sisters; Arlene Parton, Donna Belew; grandchildren, Brayden Perunko; Jaelyn Perunko, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Claude, and Leona McDill, brothers; Ellis McDill, Jake McDill, Freddie McDill, Billy McDill.
Dean was a secretary at Ohatchee High School for many years, she loved everyone she came in contact with. She never met a stranger, she loved cooking, shopping, gardening, and she loved her husband, and daughter very much. Her grandchildren was her life. She loved her family to the fullest.
The family will be accepting Friends, and Family on Friday January 3, 2025 for Memorial Service in the Chapel, with Visitation @ 1:00 Pm, services following @ 2:00Pm.
