Della Webb

Funeral service for Mary Della Owens Webb, 104, of Saks, will be 3:00 pm, Today, August 20, 2012, at Gray Brown-Service with Rev. Daniel Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Crook’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Webb died Saturday at her residence.

Survivors include her daughters, Doris Moore of Anniston, Margaret DeCroff of Coeur d’ Alene Idaho; and Judy Popp Cook of Anniston; daughter-in-law, Charline Webb of Centre; grandchildren, Debbie Raeon; Merri Moore, Susan Webb Horton, Lauri Elam, Adam Popp and Trisha Turner; and 8 great-grandchildren; special friends Oscar and Frances Robertson.

Mrs. Webb is preceded in death by her husband, Ira Adam Webb; son, James Donald Webb; and grandson, David Moore.

Mrs. Webb was born in Alexandria on September 15, 1907. She was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County where she lived in Saks. She was a former employee of Blue Mtn. Industries. The family would like to extend special thanks to past and present caregivers, hospice employees Jennifer and Patti, Saks Baptist Church, and First Baptist Church of Saks.
