Donald William Kirsch

Jacksonville – Memorial services for Mr. Donald William Kirsch, 62, of Jacksonville will be Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Parker officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Kirsch passed on September 6, 2015 at his home in Jacksonville.

Mr. Kirsch is survived by his wife, Kathlene Kirsch of Jacksonville, AL; sons, Phillip (Julie) Kirsch of Piedmont, AL, Johnathan (Bridgett) Kirsch of Cedartown, GA and Christopher (Carolyn) Kirsch of Trussville, AL; mother, Ellen Kirsch of Cape Cod, MA; brothers, Ernest (Barbara) Kirsch of Cape Cod, MA, and David (Cindy) Kirsch of Warminster, Pa; grandchildren, Ryan McDill, Abbie Kirsch, Rileigh Kirsch, Stefanie McDill, Christian Kirsch, Lindy Kirsch, Brady Kirsch, Maggie Meeker, Melanie Meeker, and Mary Claire Kirsch; great-grandchildren, Colin McDill and Salem McDill; and several nieces and nephews

Mr. Kirsch was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Herman Kirsch; and son, Daniel Lee Kirsch.

Mr. Kirsch was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County and was a member of Glencoe 1st United Methodist Church. Mr. Kirsch was employed with the Anniston Wal-Mart and will be truly missed by many. The family truly appreciates all the staff on the 4th floor at RMC of Anniston along with the staff of Amedisys for their love and care of Mr. Kirsch.
