Dorothy Harbiger passed away Thursday April 21, 2011 in Davenport, IA. Family will gather at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary prior to graveside services to be held at Highland Cemetery 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 30, 2011.
Ms Harbiger, known to family and friends as Dot, was a graduate of Anniston High School. She retired from the Rock Island Arsenal, was an avid reader, loved music, playing piano, and crossword puzzles.
Dorothy was the daughter of the late William Angus and Lucy Martin of Anniston, and sister of the late Jimmy Martin and Doug Martin. Survivors were daughters Pamela (Steve) Gross of Princeton, IL and Katherine (Daniel) Walker of Bloomington, IL, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister in-law Sue (Doug) Martin, and several nieces and nephews.
