She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry "Mark" Howell and is survived by her sister, Kathlyn McGinnis; daughters: Janet Hughes, Susan Dunaway (Joseph), and Regina Fox (Anthony); step-sons: Ray Howell and Shane Howell; grandchildren: Kassie White (Rocky), Kylie Hughes, Taylor Dunaway, Meghan Dunaway, Matthew Fox (Kayla), Emmaleigh Fox, Jakob Fox, and Willow Fox; great grandchildren: Seth Cravens, Allyson White, and Ava Hughes. Punkin loved her family and lived for Jesus. She was a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 12:00 pm, Friday, November 24, 2017 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Gap Cemetery in Piedmont. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service.
