Anniston – Funeral service for Mrs. Elizabeth Louise Hogue, 89, will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Cordle officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hogue went to be with the Lord on Friday July 14, 2017.
Mrs. Hogue leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Dennis Hogue; son-in-law, Robert (Lakon) Nicholson; grandchildren, Brian and Keith Nicholson; three great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
Her daughter, Vickie Ann Nicholson; and five sisters precede Mrs. Hogue in death.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be James Williams, and Dr. Warren Wallace.
Mrs. Hogue was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County; and was a member of New Haven Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers family request donation to be made to St. Jude or the Ronald McDonald Home.
