Eulene Perry Powell was born in Clay County, AL on February 10, 1920, to Frank and Eula Haynie. She resided with her late husband in Oxford, a home builder, Wallace Perry. The contributed much to the community with her generous spirit and love for each soul, due to the Gospel of Jesus of which they lived. Eulene and Wallace had church in their home for 50 years. A living testimony that the way Jesus planned His church, could be continued even in these times. Mrs. Powell is Survived by her daughter, Helen Jane Ott Schober and son William Ray Perry, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
Mrs. Powell is prededed in death by her husbands, Wallace Perry and J.T. Powell and her son, Eugene Perry.
Funeral services for Mrs. Powell will be 1:30 pm Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Charles Vaughn and Louise Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday one hour prior to services.
