Florence H Robertson

Funeral services for Florence Horn Robertson, 92 of Ashland were held Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Clairmont Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Smith Officiating. Burial was in the adjoining Cemetery. Mrs. Robertson passed away Wednesday in Ashland.

Survivors include two daughters Linda R. Sobers (David M.) of Lineville, Judy R. Coffey (Robert Wallace) of Lineville, one son Malcolm Robertson (Linda) of Frisco, Texas, grandchildren are Deborah Grant, Michael Sobers, Patrick Sobers, Amy Robertson, Megan Ingram, Alisa Coffey, Jason Coffey, Delaney Groce, great grandchildren Kelsey Grant, Nathan Sobers, Allison Sobers, Lily Sobers, John Reed Sobers, Harper Sobers, Emily Meschertson, Owen Meschertson, Morgan Coffey, Madison Coffey, Wyatt Coffey, Mary Raine Coffey, Joy Coffey, Camille Groce, and Many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Robertson is preceded in death by her husband George L. Robertson, son Dana Carlton Robertson and a great grandson Walker George Coffey.

Pallbearers were family and friends.

Mrs. Robertson was a resident of Clairmont Springs until 1943, she was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, La., currently residing in Ashland, Al. She was a member of Clairmont Springs Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener and florist.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clairmont Springs Baptist Church or Samaritan’s Purse.
