Funeral services for Frances Janet Singleton, 73, of Weaver, will be 1:00 pm Thursday at Gray Brown-Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.
