Fred Bonds Jr.

October 31, 1931June 1, 2021

Mr. Bonds was a life long resident of Weaver, AL. He served four years in the U.S. Army and was wounded twice in the Korean War. He was awarded the purple heart and several other medals. He worked at Alabama Pipe Company of Anniston for 23 years. He retired from Anniston Army Depot in 1996 after 21 years. He was a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 924 in Anniston, AL and also a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #931 in Anniston, AL. He has been a member of the McCoy United Methodist Church since 1983.

In accordance of Mr. Bond's request there will not be a public service or public burial.
