Freda Cain Haynes, resident of Port Saint Lucie, Florida for the past 20 years, lived 88 trips around the sun. Freda passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on September 3, 2021. She was born in Alabama and traveled a bit as a military wife, but spent most of her life in Anniston.
Freda loved the chaos that came with a big family. She always let the littles be little. She genuinely beamed with joy when she was with her family. She loved to play games, dress up, sing and was always down to participate in any shenanigans thrown her way. She loved to travel and loved going to the theater. She was seasoned at life, smart, beautiful, and funny. She was truly the rock of our family.
