Gary Wayne Barnett

Mr. Barnett is survived by his wife, Vicki Barnett; his son Zachery Shaddix (Paige); his sister Dawn Pate, his brothers Roy Barnett (Liz) and Lonnie Barnett (Diane); his grandchildren Taylor Shaddix, and Cade Shaddix and his fur babies Ray Ray and Lucy.

Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his parents Larken and Marie Barnett; his sister Vicky Lane Barnett.

A visitation for Mr. Barnett will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral officiated by Rev. David Phillips at Gray Brown-Service Chapel at 1:00 PM.

Mr. Barnett was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was a member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church. Mr. Barnett was a U.S. Army veteran. He was employed at the Anniston Army Depot. He was a big Alabama fan.
