Gerald Bean

Funeral services for Gerald Bean, 72 of Anniston will be 12:00 pm, Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Brother Charles Wright and Brother Donnie Sills officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Bean died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center.

Survivors include his children, Teresa Martin of Jacksonville, Jerry Bean and wife Ronda of Anniston, David Bean and wife Amanda of Alexandria; grandchildren, Hannah Nelson, Lance Martin, Jessica Rankin, Matt Bean, and D. J. Bean; brothers, Tommy Bean and wife Bernadette, and Robert “Bobby” Bean; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bean is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Bean.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Bean, Lee Bean, Barry McDonnell, Bruce Copeland, Jerrod Bean, Billy McFry and Jody LeRoux. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Auxiliary members of NE Alabama Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Bean was a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church. He retired from Magic Chef and NABI and volunteered at RMC.
