Graveside services for Gladys Payton Bright, 93, of Anniston will be 11 am Monday, October 6, 2014 at Coldwater Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 9 – 11 am at the funeral home. Mrs. Bright passed away on Thursday in Columbiana, AL.
Survivors include one daughter, Juanita (Joe) Smith, two sons, Tyrone (Joyce) Bright and Wayne (Barbara) Bright, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 37 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bright is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Julie Bright Smith, 4 sisters and 1 brother.
Pallbearers will be Doug Gaddy, David Gaddy, Jimmy Neil Bright, Jonathan Harmon, Joe Pazolko, Daniel Gilmore and David Spring.
Mrs. Bright was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was a member of Coldwater Baptist Church. Mrs. Bright retired from Anniston Sportswear. Arrangements under the direction of Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, Anniston, Alabama.
