Funeral Service for Gladys Nunnally, 85, of Anniston will be 1:00 pm, Monday, January 6, 2020 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Anniston with Bishop Donnie Ford officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am until service time at the church. Mrs. Nunnally passed away Tuesday evening at her residence.

Survivors include her husband, Leroy “Sam” Nunnally; sons, Roy Nunnally (Vicki), Ben Nunnally (Donna), Mark Nunnally (Lola Jo), and Dan Nunnally (Becky), brothers, Ernest, Jirel, J. B., Bill and Ray Rackley; numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Nunnally is preceded in death by son Jody Lewis Nunnally; parents, Karl and Margaret Rackley; and granddaughter, Jewel Phillips.

Mrs. Nunnally was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints where for many years she taught Sunday School and was a music chorister. Mrs. Nunnally was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Gladys and my Mother, Virginia, were friends and worked together for years. She made my wedding cake and it was so beautiful! It was just perfect and the cake of my dreams. She was always so sweet and just a blessing to know. I will be praying for your family. I’m so sorry for your loss.
