Graveside services for Mr. Harold Dean Aderholt, 88, of Anniston, will be Sunday, December 13th 2020, 1:00 p.m., at Eulaton Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Virgil Bohn officiating. Mr. Aderholt passed away at Autumn Cove on December 10th, 2020.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Aderholt; daughter, Jan Causey and her husband Rick; son, Ron "Ronnie" Aderholt and his wife Debbie; grandchildren, Jeremy Nix and his wife Elizabeth, Emily Whitten and her husband Mike; great-grandchildren, Evan Nix, Wyatt Whitten, Isabella Grace Whitten, step-grandchildren, Hunter Lucas and Savannah Lucas.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Myrtle Aderholt; sisters, Catherine Morris, Lucille Swafford, Beatrice Fleming; brother, Joe Aderholt.
Pallbearers will be Paul Lucas, Hunter Lucas, Landon Holtman, Mike Whitten, Jeremy Nix, Tim Chambless.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed to be sent to the "Eulaton Methodist Church Cemetery Fund", 401 Westover Road, Anniston, AL 36201.
Mr. Aderholt was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was a member of Eulaton Methodist Church for 66 years where he served in several positions and he sang bass in the church choir. Mr. Aderholt was a U.S. Air Force veteran where he served in South Africa. He retired from South Central Bell after 33 years of service. Mr. Aderholt loved working in his yard, traveling and playing with his grandchildren. Mr. Aderholt was a devoted Christian, loving husband, father, grandfather who will be dearly missed.
