Mrs. Ballentine is survived by her daughters, Rosemary Smith (Tommy) and Jennifer Moore (Kenny), Mellisa Eberle (Rob); daughter-in-law, Brenda Ballentine; grandchildren, Bruce Ballentine, Ray Ballentine, John Ballentine, Michaela Moore, Camille Eberle, Autumn Eberle, Sarah Gann, Margaret Smith, and Robert Smith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard (Red) Ballentine; sons’, Howard Ballentine Jr., Michael Ballentine, and Johnny Ballentine; parents, Bert and Loraine Hyatt; brother, Bert Franklin Hyatt.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
