James W. Howard

Survivors include his son, James Smith-Howard (Jennifer), brother, Wilber Howard (Debbie), special friend, Jane Bentley, grandchildren, Riley Smith, Caitlin Smith, Kirsten Langley and Ellis Smith, great-grandchildren, Cooper Smith, Raelyn Sullivan, Brooklyn Bowerman and Khloe Clark, several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mary Howard and brother Gaddys Howard.

Mr. Howard was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He worked for the forestry service for many years. Mr. Howard was Church of Christ by faith. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be dearly missed.
