Bynum– Funeral services for Mr. James Curtis Laney, 57, of Bynum, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Kathy Burns officiating. Burial to follow at Eastaboga Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Laney passed away at his home on November 28, 2012. He was born in Anniston AL. on August 15, 1955, and is survived by his sisters Sarah Laney Jackson of Saks, AL, Sue Stansell of Oxford, AL., Faye Laney of Redlands, Ca., Lois Yabu of Phoenix, Az. and Mary F. Dalzell of Texas. He would also want us to include his beloved friend Caroline Fox of Oxford, AL.
James Attended Wellborn High School and resided in Bynum for many years. He was deeply loved by many. May he rest in peace.
