She is survived by her husband with 25 blessed and memorable years, Gary Jenkins; her brothers and sisters, Judy Crumpton (John), Jerry Hopper (Pat), Joy Walker (Bobby), Jilda Reynolds (Sammy) and Joel Hopper (Ann) and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leilus and Frances Hopper.
Janet was a loving, generous and gentle soul who always put others needs and feelings before her own. She survived breast cancer then pursued and completed her BS degree in nursing with honors.
Today her brilliant light shall shine forever as she joins our Lord and Savior, free from pain and the devastating effects of cancer.
