Wellington – Funeral services for Mrs. Janice D. Broughton, of Wellington will be held Friday, May 13, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Yates officiating with burial to follow at Maple Grove. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.
Mrs. Broughton passed peacefully Monday, May 9, 2016 at Gadsden RMC.
Mrs. Broughton is survived by her husband, Dwain Broughton; daughter, Deana (Dustin) Grubbs; sons, Michael (Deena) Broughton, and Donny (Pearl) Broughton; sister, April (Andy) VanHorne; seven grandchildren, Free, Rayne, Dylan, Alyssa, Logan, Aleah, and Hannah.
Pallbearers will be Michael Broughton, Donny Broughton, Logan Grubbs, Dylan Grubbs, Dustin Grubbs, Free Broughton, Barry Broughton, and Brandon Maxwell.
Mrs. Broughton is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Estelle Romine; brothers, Jimmy, Donald W., Scott, Ricky, and Tim Romine; sister, Patsy Kimber.
