Jerry Gooden

Jerry is survived by his brothers, Harold Gooden (Yvonne) and Darrell Gooden (Kathy), as well as several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Gladys Gooden, and 19 brothers and sisters.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on June 13, 2026, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Bishop Darrell Gooden officiating. A Committal Service will follow at United Fellowship Baptist Church, 161 Becky Turner Rd, Alexandria, AL 36250. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Stanley Holdridge, Fayelyn Cunningham, Brody McCoy and Kevin Dickerson.

Jerry was a lifelong resident of Alabama and was an avid Alabama Football Fan. He attended Hall's Chapel. He loved his sister Sandra.
