Funeral service for John “Harley” Tipton III, 31, of Eastaboga will be Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at Gray Brown Service Mortuary. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening, August 2, 2016 from 6-8 at the funeral home. Harley passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at his residence.
Survivors include his daughters Elaina Tipton and Demi Harris, his mother Debbie Tipton, father John Tipton and his sister Tosha Tipton and several cousins.
Harley is preceeded in death by his grandparents Mary Storey and John Tipton Sr., and Frances Rarick.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Saffold, Heath Brown, Robert Huddleston, Tyler Ingram, Jeffrey Dix, Shawn Johnson.
Harley was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He graduated Walter Wellborn High School where he excelled in Baseball, Football, and Wrestling. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the sporting of Game Fowl.
