Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Parris, 92, of Weaver, will be Monday, July 25th, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Bro. Nick Leonard officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will have visitation 30 minutes prior to service time. Mrs. Parris passed away on July 22nd, 2022.
She is survived by her daughter, Glynda Leonard (Robert); son, Paul Parris; sister, Marilyn Cox; grandchildren, Robbie Leonard, Crystal Pogue, Nick Leonard, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parris is preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Louis Duke; husband, Edward M. Parris, including 5 siblings.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mrs. Parris loved her family. They were her entire life. She was taken by the hand of Jesus and went home to be with him and her husband Edward.
