Funeral services for Mr. Kurtis E. Bailey, 62, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Mr. William Terry Smith officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mr. Bailey passed away Thursday at RMC. Mr. Bailey is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Bonnie S. Bailey, daughters, Danielle Dobilas (Bill), Jessica Cummings (Darren), and Alicia Doss; son, J.W. Bailey; father, Joseph E. Bailey; grandchildren, Hannah, Bailey, Kaylee, Ethan and Gabrielle; and his four legged friends, Coco, Missy, and Trish.

Mr. Bailey is preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Sue Bailey; brother, Bradley Bailey and sister, Diane Kriecher.

Mr. Bailey was a member of Leatherwood Baptist Church where he was part of the Adult Men’s I Sunday School Class. He served in the U.S. Army and Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from the Anniston Army Depot. Mr. Bailey had a great love for people. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
