

Mr. Larry Allen Pardee began life’s journey on August 23, 1932 in the bayou of Louisiana. He loved being outside working on small machinery, fishing and gardening. He served our country in the Army during the Korean War and later the Air Force.
In 1959 a special love came into his life, his wife, Marian Pardee. The married on December 24, 1960 and shared 56 years of love, laughter and special memories. The couple was later blessed with the birth of their two daughters; Lisa Frady in 1962 and Annese Pardee in 1964.
On Saturday, June 4, 2016 a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle answered the Master’s call at 2:15 am in Jacksonville, AL. God opened his pearly white gates and said, “Job well done my son.” He now walks the streets of gold in paradise.
Memories of Larry will forever live in the hearts of his wife, Marian E. Pardee; children, Lisa L. Frady (Bill) and Annese E. Pardee; granddaughter, Itasca L. Pardee; great-grandson, Corbin E. Pardee; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alga Mae Pardee; father, William Pardee; brothers, Bill and Oliver Pardee and his sisters, Allie Martin and Helen Withers.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, June 6, 2016 at Ohatchee United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Ohatchee Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
