Funeral service for Laura Vice Jones, 91 of Ohatchee will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Rev. Ellis McDill officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Jones passed on Friday at RMC Anniston.
Survivors include her children, Katherine Rochelle Raines, Margaret Phillips and Gene Vice; grandchildren, Michelle Kilgore, Sonja Cox (Ron), Laura Collins, Clay Phillips (Gracie) and David Vice; great-grandchildren, Christopher Kilgore (Elena), Zachary Kilgore, Clint Collins (Katie), Levi Collins, Sabrina Wight, Matthew Collins and Benjamin Kilgore; 5 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Herman Vice and Otis M. Jones, and parents, P.M. Martin, Sr. and Josie Payne Martin.
Pallbearers will be her great-grandsons.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
