Leon Alexander

Leon was a hardworking man from being a truck driver at age 16 to working at the Opportunity Center for 10 years. He was a paperboy and worked at the Dairy Farm also, as part of his hard work. He was married for sixty five years to Mrs. Margaret Alexander; they loved going dancing and taking care of people. Mr. Alexander went home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2024. He liked to work in the yard and garden in his spare time and he was a kind hearted man who would help anyone.

He is survived by his daughter; Shanda Alexander; brother, Tony Alexander; niece, Cheyenne Alexander and nephew, Kenny Alexander.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Alexander; grandson, David Smith; father, Riley Alexander; sister, Nell Alexander; brother, Jerry Alexander, and George Alexander; mother, Claire Gossett and daughter, Kimberly Ann Alexander.
