Lewis Hasten Wyatt

Funeral Services for Mr. Lewis H. Wyatt, 74 of Anniston will be Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Bonny Brook Baptist Church with Rev. Marlon Greenwood officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Wyatt passed away Wednesday in Anniston.

Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years Peggy Sue Wyatt of Anniston, one daughter Tamala Sampley (Kenny) of North Pole Ak., two sons Anthony Wyatt of Heflin and Matthew Wyatt (Frankie) of Anniston, four sisters Mae Maynard, Mildred Dombrosky, Joyce Tucker, Alice Stidam, three brothers James H. Wyatt, Wade Wyatt Jr., Tom Wyatt, nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wyatt is preceded in death by his parents Wade Sr. and Lucy Wyatt, a sister Betty Fish and brother Dennis Jack Wyatt.

Pallbearers will be James H. Wyatt, Wade Wyatt Jr., Justin Mathias, Dennis Dombrosky, Josh Wyatt, Tom Wyatt, honorary pallbearers will be Richard Hall Gene Owen.

Mr. Wyatt was a native of Sparta NC. and a resident of Calhoun County. He retired after 21 years in the Army. He was a truck driver and an avid musician and song writer. He was member of Bonny Brook Baptist Church and a good Christian man who loved gospel music.
