Mack "Mike" Michael Holsemback

Mike was survived by his wife of 23 years, Donna Holsemback; his brothers Phil Holsemback and Daniel Holsemback; his daughters Paula Chapman and Carmen Holsemback; his stepdaughter Jennifer Ford; his stepson Steven Patterson; and his grandchildren Stone Chapman, Matthew Ford, and EmMarie Ford.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Holsemback.

Funeral services for Mike Holsemback will be Wednesday, October 13, 2021, 3 pm at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Pastor Dr. Jerry Cobb officiating. Burial will follow at Edgemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be his step-son Steven Patterson, Ragan Forbes, Brandon Ford, Bobbie Stearns, Bill Mathis and Eddie Ray.

Mike Holsemback honorably served in the Air Force before his career as a truck driver. He was a loving father, step-father and grandfather. He was a passionate man who loved to debate and had a natural curiosity about the world. He loved a joke, a glass of sweet tea, and a war documentary. He had a deep affection for animals, caring for many stray and abandoned dogs and cats with his wife over the years. He loved to cook, and could be found in the kitchen on every holiday, puttering around and muttering to himself about the dish he was making. He also loved to garden, growing spicy peppers and pickling them for the whole family to enjoy.
