Martha Joan Trussell

Joan will be remembered for her strong faith, gentle spirit, quiet strength, and the love she showed to her family and those close to her. She carried a deep sense of devotion to her home and the people in her life, and she found joy in the simple, meaningful moments shared with loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Maurice and Pernie Hulsey, Infant Son; Robin Christopher, Son; Patrick Trussell, Brothers; Larry, Gary, and Kenneth Hulsey, and Fur baby Charlie.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robbie Trussell, Brother; Charles Hulsey, Children; Dedra Trussell and David Trussell, Daughter-in-law; Angie Trussell, Grandchildren; Sean Junior (Jessica), Jordan Trussell (Christian), Trevor Trussell (Kayla), Gatlin Trussell, and Adam Huie (Taylor) Xandler Smith. 14 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous dear friends, and fur baby Gracie.

A special thank you to Enhabit Hospice whose compassion, gentleness, and unwavering support brought comfort and peace to both her and her family.

She will be deeply missed, and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, faith, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
